A man evading police jumped into a freezing cold river. A ResQDisc user saw it on social media and sent it to us. From what we can see, it looks like this rescue was early 2023… somewhere snowy. The person who posted this doesn’t appear to be affiliated with the law enforcement agency.
It’s hard to make out the text at the top right of the body cam footage and we’re wondering if you or anyone at your agency/department can provide us with any information so we can contact the department and send them a free ResQ Disc.
